TreeHouse Foods, Inc. Completes Acquisition of Naturally Fresh, Inc.
OAK BROOK, Ill., April 13, 2012 /PRNewswire via COMTEX/ --TreeHouse Foods, Inc. (NYSE: THS) announced today that it has completed the previously announced acquisition of substantially all of the assets of Naturally Fresh, Inc. for $25 million. Naturally Fresh, headquartered in Atlanta, Georgia, produces refrigerated dressings, sauces, marinades, dips and specialty items in a wide array of packaging sizes. The products manufactured by Naturally Fresh will be added to each of TreeHouse's segments. Naturally Fresh has annual revenues of approximately $80 million.
