TreeHouse Foods, Inc. Names Lee J. Wise as Vice President, Treasurer

OAK BROOK, Ill., July 6, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- TreeHouse Foods, Inc. (NYSE: THS) has named Lee J. Wise, as Vice President, Treasurer of TreeHouse, effective July 5, 2017. Mr. Wise joins the Company from Mead Johnson Nutrition Company where he served as Vice President, Treasurer and Corporate Development since 2011.

His treasury experience coupled with his food industry background will be instrumental as we continue to optimize our cash flow and our capital structure," said Matthew J. Foulston, Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of TreeHouse Foods.

Prior to Mead Johnson, Mr. Wise served as Director of Strategy and Development for Brunswick Corporation. Mr. Wise has over 15 years of experience across the finance function – treasury, risk management, strategy, planning, and tax. He holds his Masters of Science in Finance from the Indiana University Kelley School of Business and his Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Business Administration from the University of Iowa.
